Atma Department works at district and tehsil level. Our officers and field staff will help to disseminate knowledge and new technology to farmers and advise them to adopt newer technology for increase in production. At each tehsil One Block technology manager and two assistant technology manager is serving for farmers. They are helping farmers to disseminate new information regarding selection of crop, cultivation practices, Insect and disease management, Efficient water use, Post harvest management, Marketing and export. They also help farmers to guide about other government schemes and benefits to farmers. Key working Component is to formation of Gat under ATMA scheme which helps farmers to bring together and do farming operations collectively. Government of India and State government Organic and natural farming schemes are being implemented through ATMA office.
